CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND RETURN POLICY


The present conditions will regulate all commercial relationships between THE GLAMTATTOO COMPANY and third parties willing to purchase products from our online store or through the website www.theglamtattoo.co

All online purchases are subject to the Spanish legislation and to the specific conditions listed below.

 

Our goal at THE GLAM TATTOO COMPANY is that our clients are fully satisfied with their purchases. We take pride in the quality of our products. Offering a quality service to our clients is our main priority.

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions indicated below and we will be happy to help you return the product.

 

THE GLAM TATTOO COMPANY products should be checked upon delivery to make sure they are what you ordered.

Any defect detected upon delivery (i.e. damaged packaging, faulty or defectous products, missing articles that were listed in the invoice, misdirected mailing...etc)should be annotated in handwriting and signed by the client in the delivery invoice form.

The client is given a 7-day period counting from the reception of the product to have it returned to COMUNICACIÓN GRÁFICA S.L.

The client is entitled to a full refund of the price of the articles deemed defectuous or damaged during the shipment, within 30days from the reception of the articles returned to THE GLAM TATTOO COMPANY.

The client should explicitly express his will to return the product to THE GLAM TATTOO COMPANY  following the directions given at the website (Return Policy)indicating whether is a defectuous or damaged article or if there was a shipment mistake (model, color, number of units...etc)

 

In any case, the client should submit via e-mail to order@theglamtattoo.co  the order number and a picture that clearly illustrates the cause for the returning of the article. Once we receive the notice THE GLAMTATTOO COMPANY will communicate the client via e-mail, the procedure for the return and the references we require. The client should by all means comply with such procedure and references and follow the return directions as indicated by THE GLAM TATTOO COMPANY.

The costs of the return shall be borne by the client.

No returns on freight collect will be accepted.

Transportation risks on the returning of the article shall be borne by the client as well.

 

The articles shall be returned using proper packaging. Keeping their original package and all documents and elements included in the original shipment. We will not accept returns with signs of deterioration due to manipulation or tampering.

 

THE GLAM TATTO COMPANY will not accept the return of items if the original packaging has been opened or otherwise tampered with in such way that it cannot be restored.

 

THE GLAM TATTOO COMPANY does not allow its clients to return articles acquired at our authorized retailers via our website. On-store purchases shall be returned at the stores.

THE GLAM TATTOO COMPANY doesn´t allow its clients to return articles purchased at our website via our retail stores. Online purchases shall be returned following the procedure specified at our website.

 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION


The client shall be able to exert his right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost before the articles have shipped. Order processing might take up to 8 hours. Therefore we urge our clients to make use of their right in such period of time. Expressly indicating their personal information and the order number.

The client shall be able to exert the right of withdrawal within the period of 7 business days since the delivery of the article. The product should be returned in the same condition as it was purchased or delivered to THE GLAM TATTOO COMPANY. And should follow the procedure indicated in our return policy. It is the client´s sole responsibility to safely ship or mail the returned product. The transportation risks and costs will be borne by the client.
